Home Remodel & Facelift

Sometimes, a home doesn’t need a complete makeover to achieve a whole new look! This farmhouse is a perfect example of how a few thoughtful design updates can transform a home’s appearance while preserving its original charm.

Our customers came to us looking for a fresh, updated look for their traditional white farmhouse. They had an existing barn on the property and wanted their home to complement it without matching it exactly. The barn featured a striking black standing seam metal roof and beautiful exposed timber accents. We used these elements as inspiration, incorporating similar details into the home’s design to create a cohesive look that ties the two buildings together beautifully.

The transformation brings together so many wonderful features! A large, welcoming front porch adds character and creates the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful landscaping, stone accents, and rustic wood details add warmth and texture, while the black windows and roof provide a bold, modern contrast. Together, these elements give the farmhouse a fresh new personality while maintaining the timeless charm that makes farmhouse design so appealing.

Does your home need a little refreshing? You may be surprised by how much of a difference a few carefully chosen updates can make! Adding new exterior finishes, introducing wood or stone accents, or updating windows and roofing details can completely change the look of your home without the need for a full redesign.

We enjoy helping homeowners explore the possibilities for their existing homes. We typically provide several design options, allowing you to see how different ideas and finishes will look before making your final decisions. With the help of our 3-D design program, you can visualize the finished product and feel confident knowing that the design is right for you and your home.
