I spend a great deal time working with my customers to get their project designed just the way they want it and to get it finished in a timely manner, says company owner Royce Eby.  I use a CAD program, so making changes to my customers’ project is a very simple task.  My business motto is ‘Design it YOUR Way!’

Royce and his team will work hard to make your project personal to you. Royce has years of construction experience, so he understands building projects from the first phase (design concept) to the final phase of the work, right up to closing on the mortgage.

Deep Building Experience

Royce Eby knows building. Not only does he understand how to create a quality home design ‘on paper’, but he knows how that Blueprints, House Plans and Architectural Drawings will translate into a functioning structure.

Royce started working summer construction jobs at age 15. He started small, learning the principles of building structures with smaller projects like storage sheds, moving up to small garages.

Once out of school, he worked full time for a large construction company for many years, first building additions and then entire houses. After gaining significant hands-on experience, Royce managed a framing crew for many years. This learning process helped him develop a clear and complete vision of the building process.

He uses that process — from design concept to the final stage of construction — to guide each blueprints, house plans and architectural drawings project from the footings to the roof.
